Where no Elder is present another designated person is the lead person responsible for seeing that my instructions are carried out with regard to the conduct of the service. I should be notified of any significant problems that occur in my absence. Any questions about this should be directed to me.

Special music before it is performed should be approved by the designated person responsible for special music in each congregation. (Mr. Wood, Mr. Lambright, Mr. Morrison, Mr. Pitre, Mr. Wheelahan are the designated persons responsible for special music approval in the various churches).
